Please also print and include your order confirmation information with the product you are exchanging and send to Viral Body located at 9449 S. Kedzie, Suite 290, Evergreen Park, IL, 60805. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from Viral Body. We will physically inspect all products and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not pass inspection. All returned products must be in new condition and inside of the original packaging. Exchanges should show no signs of wear and tear, be free of odors, stains and no dampness from sweat. When your exchange is approved you will receive an invoice via email for the return shipping and once your invoice is paid, your replacement will be shipped. If the exchange is denied, you will be responsible for having the return item shipped back to you.
